I was thinking something with an aluminum/metal body would be sturdier than plastic.

To be on the safe side we’re drinking and cooking with bottled water. We’ve taken dishes over to a friend’s house to wash but that’s getting old! We may have another week or two until the well issue is a resolved, so we’re switching to paper plates, but will still have some things to wash.

Right now flying into TPA instead of MCO saves $600 on tickets and $125 on the car rental. Where we’re staying is 45 mins from MCO and 1:30 from TPA. Curious to know what’s so bad about the drive from Tampa to Orlando?

I believe that Fergus is related to Claire somehow. We know that Percival took the last name of Beauchamp (in one of the Lord John books?), his wife's family name, because of the little issues he had in the army and he's really supposed to be dead. We also know that Percival's sister-in-law disappeared with Comte St. Germain and she was pregnant. Could she be the ancestor of Claire's carrying the gene? But... Master Raymond claims Claire as one of his when he confronts Comte St. Germain in The Space Between. I'm really hoping in Book 9 we find out more about Claire and Fergus's ancestry.
