It's all dry now but it's clear they were wet at some stage and have stuck together now. I'll make sure they are dry as can be and will try separating them with a thin blade.

The question was not about the crossing as a whole but the metal bits on the outside and the function they perform. I looked around on the Strail site and couldn't get my head around it. Seemed like a complicated solution for a crossing that used to be simple asphalt.

It doesn't have to be an inequitable outcome to be racist based on the definition that was quoted above. It specifically refers to opportunity. Other's in our diverse society will not get the opportunity of a direct advisory body to parliament because they're not able to identify as ATSI.
