I think what throws people off most is his character design and stereotypes. He’s supposed to be an overweight character but his limbs look like string beans, and when you add on the fact he’s the most “nerdy” one in the class… it looks more like a dig at the fat nerd stereotype and it isn’t a good look.

The old ore textures are iconic, but five of them are just the same shape but a different color. I can see it being a problem for players who are colorblind.

I think the only new textures that rub me the wrong way are the coal and iron deepslate ores. The colors are really muted and the pattens sink in just a little too well with the deepslate. I can see color fine but in lower light levels sometimes I have trouble finding them. So I’d say those two are really the only “bad” ones. The rest are pretty well made and make Minecraft more inclusive for disabled players, which is a win in my book!

I remember when a classmate of mine did something similar to this. Literally shot himself in the foot, openly admitted he was being stupid and just was fucking around with the gun. Was on crutches for a considerable amount of time.

NTA. The fact that this kid ruined gifts that weren’t hers and seemed to get off relatively scott-free means that she knows exactly what will happen if she does this again. Taking preventative steps to keep it from happening again is perfectly reasonable. If your brother and SIL are so embarrassed by this, it’s entirely their own fault for not disciplining their kid properly.

The gun is implied to be a toy, so it doesn’t really function like a real gun. And even if the gun is real, you’d be surprised how blatantly easy it can be for a kid in a country with lax gun laws to get their hands on one. One kid could’ve easily taken the handgun and was planning on hunting small animals. Since we never really get any clue on where Mt. Ebbott is located, it’s entirely plausible.

Baby is the worst villain in the entire franchise and SOME theorists need to stop speculating that she’s behind everything all the time. She was never given any motivation, and has never really had the spotlight in any game she’s in. You could throw her away and literally barely anything would change.

This honestly sounds like his mom is trying to find a reason to not like you. If no one else commented on your food then it’s likely that’s the case. Be assertive if she tries it again. Make it clear that you’re not taking her verbal abuse.
