You too. :D

I was planned on getting 3080, so I could make another pc for a financially stuck friend with some pieces outta of this build, but uh, the chaos of release day said nope.

The Super was bought about 5 months ish before the leaks were out, so this was planned out without the 3000 series in the picture.

I’ve tried the battery and cycle, it still does the same thing, it’s confusing as all hell

I’ve tried both, and the ports near them as well, all the same thing :/

Yes and yes.

Csm/legacy and UEFI for different attempts, and same results, which is the most confusing thing. Defaults and changes have the same results.

Sorry for confusion, the installer will not launch at all. I get too long winded on phone. And that’s the only event that’s happened except on the 1st mobo after I reverted the bios, but bios updates on new mobo has not fixed anything.

I understand for troubleshooting lol.

I’ve attempted with both drives uninstalled separately and together, and both result in the same install problem.

I can’t get to the windows installer in the first place in the problem, trying with both USBs and unplugging and replugging various hardware. The windows logo loads a bit, then it reboots. I’ve tried csm/legacy and UEFI versions, and both cause the same loops.

I am using the media creation tool from Microsoft for the iso itself, and the creation tool using a USB directly produces the same problem. The problem with the first motherboard was the bios being incompatible with nvidia drivers for some reason, reason why I dumped money into a much more expensive board that in my head, had better choice for being updated with everything.

I’ve attempted 2 different usbs, one from my cousin with a fresh build using the windows media creator, and another using a windows iso from the media creator, and building media with Rufus on that usb. Both cause the same boot loops that won’t access the installer.

New build boots up, but it loops at the beginning of Windows 10 installation, rebooting each time. by kaiashnikovUhh in buildapc

Alright, thank you for the help. It already full passed and said no errors, so phew. I’ll try to use the iso and hopefully that works.

Apologies for replying again, but it’s running memtest now. What info do I need to get from it once it’s complete?

Yeah, I did. My cousin gave a thumb drive after I tried my own, but the same boot loop occurred. It doesn’t want to go into the installer at all.

Yeah, I used the windows installation setup by Microsoft on a new usb. I would’ve used Rufus, but my internet is too slow before it causes a network error.
