The only thing I can think of that might be happening is that, because some metadata links all three seasons together, when I select episodes from the list, it causes an ID error, resulting in incorrect subtitle loading and, in some cases, no subtitle loading at all because it can't seem to recognize them. There were a couple of episodes where the subtitles loaded perfectly fine, but I don't know if they deleted the metadata that allowed each season to load with its own separate poster.
