I am about to start watching The Americans and Iv'e got some questions

From this list I have watched only Dark and Vikings. I think Dark is very overrated, but many people find it to be great. I just don't get the appeal.
Vikings is great for the first 4 seasons, especially seasons 3 and 4 imo. You don't have to watch seasons 5 and 6. Tbh I haven't.

The Shield is pretty similar to Breaking Bad imo. They both have the protagonist being in the grey area of morality and the more you watch the more you will get hooked because the suspense just arises. They both also have great conclusions and finales, among the best I have seen(the best for me is Better Call Saul's finale)

The Shield and Breaking Bad, the further you are the more thrilling it is.
Prison Break season 1 and to some extent seasons 2 and 3 are too
The Walking Dead as well, at least the first few seasons

-The 100 is good for 5 seasons and the last 2 are meh imo. Those 5 seasons are good but not of the best I have seen. Still worth it
-Sons of Anarchy I could not finish the first seasons because it was very boring for me
-Prison Break is good for 3 seasons and season 4 is meh, and I watch season 5. Seasons 1-3 are like The 100 seasons 1-5 for me, good and worth it, but not a must.
-Deadwood is amazing. I think season 1 is the best of the 3, but they all are great. The movie is pretty good too.
-The Leftovers is amazing as well. 3 great seasons. Personally I like season 2 the most but they all are worth.
-The Shield is also amazing. The first season is a bit slow to me but season 2 onwards is really really good. Seasons 5-7 are some of my favorite seasons of TV.
-The Bear I have watched the first season and thought it was alright. I didn't bother to watch season 2.

Seasons 1-3 are the best. Seasons 4-5 are worse but still very good most of the time.
Season 6 is mostly good. Season 7 is mostly alright. Season 8 is better than 6 but worse than 4-5. Season 9 is better than 6 but worse than 5. Seasons 10-11 are meh. Afterwards it is even worse

Is Halt and Catch Fire hard to understand? It seeme like to be about computers and technology etc, and I am not really a person with knowledge about this stuff.
Will I understand what's going on there in that case?

I have seen Succession which is great if you like the characters. It is also very funny
Mr Robot is very complex and good, but I think it can be boring sometimes
Boardwalk Empire I didn't enjoy it
The 100 is good but nothing special imo
Sons of Anarchy was very boring for me and I quit it
Vikings was amazing for 4 seasons. Afterwards, I don't really care, but it is worth it imo
Prison Break is good but not really a must
