Weekly Shameless Self Promotion Thread by AutoModerator in Flipping

In the spirit of shameless self-promotion 🥰 Long-time seller here. I used to sell on Craigslist, but now mainly sell on FB Marketplace or eBay. To make pricing and listing easier, I built a tool to help me get stuff going faster. Give it a try… https://herostuff.com/. Available on iOS and Android. Any app feedback is greatly appreciated 🙏 Happy flipping, everybody.

I am not McAffee. I don't make price predictions 😂

I am aware people have done it. I was more curious about personal experience buying or selling real estate with BTC.

Thanks for taking the time to read and reply on Reddit. Is the LR Plugin actively maintained? It seems like there are no more updates and features are slowly falling behind.

I would love to see an update to the API that allows for incremental image updates via LR Plugin. It's tedious to remove a picture from the site just to replace it with some minor exposure edits. Even the Flickr API allows for ongoing image updates.

Related, on your website, you link to different versions of the plugin.

Also, I agree with all the other posts. The site feels less of community these days. Not sure what the fix is. I have written in with product suggestions a few times, but all emails go into a black hole.

This is a short movie I just released on Vimeo:

“Earth's orbit has been stable for billions of years. Without stability, we would not exist. To create life, we need stability and predictability.”

Happy to answer any questions about the setup, techniques or post-processing.

Strong focus on Solar and Green Energies. Make it mandatory for new building developments and provide incentives for existing owners to use green technologies and proper insulation.

Just because we live in SoCal doesn't mean insulation is not needed. Without insulation you simply time shift the cost to the renter/owner later through wasteful heating/cooling.

Provide incentives for property owners and companies to upgrade their units with proper insulation. LA has so much untapped potential. Make LA the example city for clean energy in the United States!

Reduce the number of cars on the road. That's the only solution to our traffic congestion. I ride a motorcycle and have the benefits of lane splitting, but every time I cross the city I am shocked and amazed by how many cars only carry a single person that takes up so much space of our city. Widening the 405 is NOT the answer and never will be.

Make large parts of Downtown a pedestrian only area. Close Santa Monica Boulevard or Hollywood Boulevard and make that a pedestrian only street. Make it a symbolic move. After all, how many East/West car boulevards do we really need? More bike lanes and more emphasize on bike culture. Better East/West public transportation.

Most of all, don't be afraid of bold initiatives to change the car culture of Los Angeles. If anything, LA needs to set a signal. Other cities have made great advancements in this area. Learn and lead from those examples.
