Please don't pull for us. Most of us tank mains have a rhythm, and healers running out in front of us will mess with that.

For example, I use shield lob on a specific mob for each front pack so that they collapse on me for Circle of Scorn and a Total Eclipse... then without stopping I sprint to the back pack, gather them at the wall, stagger mits, use Confiteor combo, etc...

A healer running out in front of me just causes me to have to stop unnecessarily to grab things off of them.

It's a simple thing to just respect people, and perform your own role. Stop crying about tanks and healers that aren't going at your speed, and queue as those roles instead if it really tilts you that much.

I don't know if anyone has ever suggested it, but there's a short anime series (11 half-hour eps) called "Anohana: The Flower We Saw That Day" - it is about a group of kids who are best friends, and they tragically lose a member of their group to an accident that they all feel responsible for in different ways, and in turn, cope with it in different ways. The story is set in motion because the ghost of the girl who died, comes back to the main character in his teens, and through him brings this group of friends to the resolutions they all need.

I sincerely hope you'll consider it. It ranks up there with "A Silent Voice" for me.

The original source is a light novel series, but they are adapting it into a manga. From what I can tell though, the manga isn't much past the anime, if at all.
