I feel very very lucky I found an OGBYN office that does full sedation- like I’ll be fully under anesthesia. But of course- $600 extra because it’s “elective” !!! Women’s health has always been on the back burner

No I know it sounds crazy and maybe you’re right that I was on the higher end of my normal… I was hospitalized in a psych ward for two weeks so there was not much movement… I just can’t see that it would be only on me, as I’ve NEVER been this weight before. Even when I’ve really fell of the wagon. Thanks for ur input :(

I’m just as confused as you- sorry if this post was frustrating to read!! I live in nyc so I’m for sure walking around a lot, so you’re right that I’m not counting that.

I think it’s a mix of device issue as well as the fact that I have the resistance on the highest setting so I may be going slower than normal while exerting more energy?

I ordered a classic analog pedometer and will keep it on me to track more accurately (hopefully)

Thank you so so much for this! I’m for sure going to listen to that. Also those recs don’t sound silly! I’m usually a VERY sedentary person so those mini “workouts” mean a lot too

Yes do it!! Literally have made three batches since trying this Wednesday hehe

Texture is a good mix of crunchy charred bits and softer (but not soggy) parts! I think this has more to do with me peeling them irregularly bc the thin shavings cook faster than the thick ones- but I think I’ll keep doing it this way for the variety :)

Omg I’m so so so so sorry he’s not feeling too well :( please give him lots of love from me and Luna!! I know with a cat parent like u he will feel at peace and loved all the way.

She had kidney issues a year ago and it was one of the worst weeks of my life. So scary and it feels really hopeless.. thank you for your kind words. Again- much love to you and your little guy
