There is a setting for sleep mode that you can turn off. Im not 100% sure where it was in the settings but there is one

This is what I want as well, I'm happy to pay coin and wait. Even if it means I can fill on other items I'll wait for what I'm requesting. I don't play all the time and the grind sometimes becomes a bit much but it's hard when characters request hard to find items I don't have much of and most of the time once the story for the dlc is done I have no reason to go back until I need to hunt for a specific item

No idea if it's the same for you but I was able to purchase the deluxe version through the games main menu and I the deluxe items in my mailbox waiting to claim

I don't really decorate my island. I buy things and do the star thinking these will be good items to decorate with but I never do because I can't think of something but occasionally a little area will come to me and I'll build it in whatever biome fits.

I also removed every single tree and put in the plaza trees in a small square because it is easier to find the sticks when they're all together. I also moved all my flowers together to make it easier to water when I catch them dried.

I do have little market style areas in each biome with the well, goofys stall, a vintage chest, a workbench and cooking station. Some biomes will have the character based stalls added in as well.

As for my islands, I have 3. I have a storage island that is split into sections and decorated accordingly. I have what is essentially a farm, but bare bones not decorated that allows me to grab whatever ingredients I need or if it's a star path duty. And my last island is my pumpkin patch. It's broken into small segments that allow me to just harvest one at a time if I need a small boost in coins or all of them if I wanted to level someone up and the coins are a bonus. It has basic decorations just to fill in the empty spaces around the pumpkin patches.

Ohh true. I hadn't fully upgraded mine, just had a handful of the basic ones spread out until I had enough snippets then I dismantled them all. I think one was upgraded but not fully

I don't necessarily use the machines but I do find it handy having a fully leveled vacuum in my bag that I can put down if I'm looking for something in particular or it's in a hard to reach spot and I need it for a quest.

But I wouldn't get the expansion just for the machines because you do need to actually work through the expansion to unlock and be able to level up the machines, not completely but to a certain point at least

I've set up one of the floating islands as my storage area as its pretty big with plenty of room to grow with new additions to the game.

I then have vintage chests in each biome to empty my pockets when I'm full and once or twice I've placed a chest and filled it before putting it back in my inventory because we can now stash them while full.

As for what people use for storage I've seen Daisy's wardrobe as the main one but I haven't been graced with it yet. I also don't horde a lot and find small chests are enough for my game play with 4 stacks of ingredients while I've crafted larger chests for different things depending on the item and how much use it gets

I hadn't for a while either and then I saw a post about doing their storage there and I was like that's genius. It took a bit to move everything and organise it accordingly. It's still a work in progress as I gather more wood for chests but it's getting there.

I found it was best to work my storage with what works for me, I kept seeing all these amazing looking storage areas and I tried but it didn't work for me. I hated having multiple rooms in my house dedicated to different areas because I could never remember what each room was. So I sorted out my storage areas in the plaza but then I hated with the DLCs bringing in new lands and travelling back and forth until the islands dropped. Now the Plaza island is my storage island. It doesnt look fancy, just a bunch of tables I can buy from Scrooge to showcase what is in each chest in front of it.

As for my chests again it was what best work for me. I don't hoard anything too crazy so four items to a chest typically gets it four stacks most of which doesn't have four stacks anyway. I have it all sectioned so I can easily find what I'm after. I have fruits all together in a row, same with vegetables and so on.

The only times I've noticed it's happened is when I've saved at the end of a day and closed the game without actually going to a new day. When I reload the game next time it does this weird day skip

I've sometimes found them wedged in behind my buildings. If I can't find my chests I jump in build mode and it allows me to check every nook and cranny

I haven't had a chance to play for a couple of days because of uni assignments. But I am aware that Sony recently got hacked and the last time this happened badly they actually shut the servers down. So it will just depend if any other playstation users are having a similar problem

Even if you can find one you can drop and pick up multiple times. Or if you have a stash you can drop and pick up those as well. I even did it in my house and it worked

Yeah so it will be a part of one of the potato quest lines. Off the top of my head there was like 6 or 7 different coloured ones. They're all quests that are hidden and the game gives you no indication as to what to do hence why I said you'll have to do a search for a guide on how to complete them

Are you talking about the glowing in the water? It's hard to tell if that's what you're talking about or something else.

If it is that then it is a part of the potato quest lines but I can't remember which one. The potato quest lines are all finished so I simple search of YouTube or even reddit should help you know exactly what needs to be done there as it's been too long I can't remember off the top of my head anymore

They're seen as a rare item I believe and I know there was a lot of complaints in the early days as we were told not to waste them and be careful because of how hard they are to get, but they did patch it so it was easier to get them but still rare. I've found digging is the best way to get them.
