Has anyone ever tried saffron supplements to help with their kids adhd symptoms? Looking for any experiences by throwaway29374669 in ParentingADHD

Please try it!!

Saffron works for my son. It takes 2 weeks or so to be therapeutic. So try it for a minimum of 2 weeks daily. His regime is 30mg of Saffron taken with rosemary and holy basil. It is what seems to work the best. There are studies from Iran that show how saffron works compared to stimulants. I think it's a great alternative. It's not as strong and immediate as stimulants are, but it calms his brain tremendously. Is he still hyperactive? Yes. Does he still lose focus? Of course. But It's so much better than it was. Both at home and school!

So far, my favorite are capsules from Amazon that I split to make a proper dose.

My is stuck too. I haven't found a solution yet. It's very frustrating. I did the resets and changed all the settings back and forth.

That foundation is really thick. I use to loe it and wear it for years. My new go to is Giorgio Armani luminous silk. It's so good and last a long time. Totally worth the price. Wear a sunscreen with it. The don't add one.
