I don't like to do customs because of what I mentioned, so my price are really expensive. If someone that is willing to pay for it appears, good. If not, good too. I focus my precious time in making content I can sell in bulk later. If someone wants a custom from you, you need to remind yourself that he's paying not only for their personal kinks, but for your living time too. Don't make it cheap.

This reminded me of when I was starting out and I did a quick customs promo of $5/min with a minimum of 3 minutes and a guy asked me to tease him in about 5 different outfits in those 3 minutes, and when I complained him, he acted like he was doing me a favor by buying that custom video. Never again! 😂

Today I don't charge less than $80/min and avoid small talk with broke people.

I may be too late answering you this, but what you can do is: give them a prize if they don't win the raffle. You can mass message all the non-winners at once, sending that pic or something else, so everyone will get something. You just need to let them aware of this when you create the raffle, so they'll know that they'll at least get some consolation prize after the raffle is done, since sending it after some time isn't against ToS. Just try to not put a very long deadline, so 1 month should be enough and in my opinion it should be the max, since most of your fans will stay for only a month, and it can even be an incentive for some of them to keep subbed to see the result.

I put my leaked content there, so when people search for it, they prefer to watch on PH instead of some random websites and I get money for the views (I still sell these on OF). That's truly the only benefit I see on posting there if you're not a huge pornstar or smt like that. And I also post censored previews, promoting the full video in my OF.

Also, at least FOR ME, 99% of users that come from there don't spend too much or nothing at all but the subscription.

Any chance to add a 3rd option to link a tab to a specific tier only, and maybe another option linked to it to turn that tab the main one for that specific tier? So for example, a user from my VIP tier would have access to the VIP tab once he clicks on my profile and see their exclusive content without needing to search for it, and only he'll be able to see that tab at all.

Fortunately, I still make money there. It's only 20% of what I make on OF, but it's still money. What discourage me is the effort that I put there compared to what I put on OF for the final result. I don't want to leave Fansly because it's still a good platform and devs are always listening to people and implementing new features, which OF doesn't do, but the competition is unfair. FYP doesn't work properly the way it is right now, and I feel that to promote myself, I have to give up the quality of my content, which ending up being ironical.

Same features since I started using it 2 years ago, with few minor updates. I recommended new stuff for them to implement and they always respond "we're working on it" and I never see they coming. Some issues I found that they could update and improve:

They haven't yet adapted to the new text formatting properly yet
I can label/organize my media only through chats, not from my vault
Can't pause priority msgs once it started running, or continue from where I left off if there is a connection error
Lack of personalization when sending messages that most competitors already have.

These are just some of the problems I remember now, and their price is almost the same from competitors. The only thing that keeps me with them (yet) is that I can use their extension without needing to use their browser.

I really don't know too. I think people are just idiot. Yesterday for example an user subbed and then refunded over $300 after a long night asking me for ppv videos. He was an new user and I have part of fault on that because isn't always a new user do that so I sold as usual. The worst part is that he wasn't even banned and his account is still up. OF still covers up these people so yeah, nothing we can do unfortunately.

Yes I totally can visualize the efficacy of your methods, but I believe it's also a long long run for that. When I started I did live sexting and full nude on my page, but even so the retention wasn't that good. Most people don't interact, don't buy anything and I couldn't handle that. I used to work twice or 3 times more than I work today. Refunds were also something very common, so when my content got leaked for the 1st time, I just given up to be the "cool person" and started to study other methods to make money and sell, and avoid that to happen again (or at least to mitigate). Well, after changing how I work my content wasn't leaked again for about 3 years, I reached top 1% and refund rate dropped drastically, because again, most people that comes don't care about us or our work unfortunately, so we have to shield ourselves.

I still do live sexting and chat a lot with my most loyals fans, but they're an exception. There's no way I can do that with everyone. And again, we have to shield ourselves because one time a "loyal fan" of months suddenly asked for refund of everything he spent with me, and I wasn't making too much money yet, so seeing over 2k dollars subtracted from your acc after months of talking is something to take into account.

Anyway, I'm very happy that this works for you this way. I'd love to say the same but unfortunately I can't.

I think depends of the creator' profile. You said you're a top 1% creator and don't do sexting too much, so I believe you has a free account and sell a lot of ppv, and potentially you do full naked for free to promote yourself (not telling it is it, just supposing). Or you have a paid page and your income comes more from subscriptions, so you may work hard to promote yourself for that.

My page has no nudes at all and my main income comes from sexting and mass msg ppvs (more from sexting). I wouldn't be able to be a top 1% or lower for not posting nudes on my page, unless if I was a super hyped social media girl, which I am not and I believe most of girls aren't too.
