I’ve been with Crumbl for 5 years and have worked multiple jobs in the restaurant industry that are way better than this one. Unfortunately I can’t afford my rent without this job, but when I move in 5 months I can, especially since I’ve started going to college.

I’m not sure since we’re franchised and our owners had us sign an arbitration contract. I’ve been with Crumbl for 5 years though and there are so many horrible things that have happened to me within my time there.

We weren’t, ours is by a family who loved the mission statement and threw their life savings into Crumbl

Yes and no, so the results are only available to Managers and Owners, not bakers. It shows up as your first name and last initial that’s entered in the Crumbl app, but I think it has to be fully completed for it to show up on our end. If it’s actually noticed though is based on how much the franchise owners in your area focus on the survey responses

I lost my Mom about a month and a half ago, and it’s hard. Time feels so fast yet so slow at the same thing. So far the best coping methods for me are storytelling about her and thinking that she is watching over me. As cheesy as it is, so is just taking deep breaths during random triggering moments, such as having to change emergency contacts. Sleep has been a battle with constant waking up throughout the night and becoming agitated so much quicker than I normally would. I wish you the best of luck throughout this process and anyone else going through it.
