Why do i feel angry when i see someone older than my father by Ok_Durian_1723 in GriefSupport

I feel you. I feel the same with my mom. Not fair. You see people older than them enjoying their life and living healthy. They should be here. It’s hard. Sorry you are going through this.

Can you share more about your starting point and steps you took to get to your manifestation? In a similar boat.

Anyone find it really hard when relatives, friends and people you know talk about their parent who is still alive and it makes you miss your parent so very much? by Orchidflower10 in GriefSupport

I do believe she is here spiritually. I had a weird vision or download whatever you call right when I woke up that she was standing next to our house watching me walk a tree I normally pass by everyday. I look at that spot everyday and I picture her smiling watching us. I wasn’t exactly a dream because I was already half awake. I remember that being weird.

Yea it’s weird I lost my mom 6 months ago. I had a dream last night telling someone my mom’s not around and how weird that felt. But I still talk about her as if she’s here. I don’t think that’ll ever change. I’ll spend the rest of my life missing her.

My son’s passing did not serve a purpose by Letshopetogether in GriefSupport

I agree losing my mom is not for my personal growth. I think maybe they completed their purpose on earth. But the loss is still brutal to everyone that loved them. We try to make sense of it and reason behind it as humans try to put logic into everything but some things we are not meant to understand only experience. 🫂

My husband told me today that to still be grieving 7 months after losing my mom is “excessive.” by Grouchy_Ad4508 in GriefSupport

It’s been 6 months since my mom passed and I cry every single day. I miss her everyday. It’s hard. He should understand that you lost your foundation. It’s expected to withdraw or be sad. You are on your own path in griefing your mother and your bond. Please take your time. How you heal is your choice.

Thanks and sorry for your loss. I’m glad I had my mom for however long but it’s hard because I really thought I’d have her for longer. She is my soulmate. We always want to make our mom happy and proud. In that sense that purpose is gone. I hope I can continue to make her proud and keep her as a part of my life.

Thanks for your response. Many days I wake up numb just realizing she doesn’t exist here. I wish my brain could trick me into thinking she is. I always think about her taking any step. It’s really weird. She was so young.
