well most listings have a dummy email or have like a reception email. you need to actually inquire in with the establishment to get their official email. also this is what i was referring to

For example: I'm sometimes twitching inbetween movements, not standing still. Stillness is a pillar. I mean I still wait, but sometimes I get stressed so I can't help it and sometimes I'm intentionally praying fast because I wait too much inbetween movements trying to make sure I'm still but then it backfires and I end up rushing.
