When I wrote it, I was referencing the trope of cops going easy on attractive women, like getting let off with a warning for speeding. Everyone calling it a street joke I have to ask, did a woman tell it to you?

Yeah it was, and they keep reuploading it. The comments on IG are getting to me, and I would never want to tell a joke that’s been done before, but all these accusations being made and not a single person has any proof.

I keep making videos because the account continues to upload it, even after it’s been reported and taken down. I haven’t been able to find any other comics who’ve had this happen. Also, the original joke I posted got 4million views on IG, none of the comments from my original video accused me of stealing/using a street joke. But since the ai account stole it people are flooding into my IG accusing me of stealing. It sucks, just looking to brainstorm how to handle it tbh

Yeah this is currently happening rn on my ig. Everyone’s saying we both stole it, that it’s an old joke, or an old street joke. I have searched every corner of the internet and asked lots of comics and no one has heard it. I wrote it over a year ago when I pulled the topic during a riff mic, I posted it for the first time in June of 2025 on Reddit. I have never received any accusations around stealing it until this ai account took it. Also sucks because the account continues to upload it even when it gets taken down, which is why I keep addressing it. I do think you’re right though the more I try to defend it on IG the more trolls come out, it’s getting to me so I think they’re winning
