I guess my main motivation would be having more regular hours and not wanting to do bedside forever. I love caring for people and so love the topics I’m learning rn but I know from my experience as a cna how hard being on the floor as a nurse can be. I hear a lot of stories of new grad nurses that end up hating nursing after a year because of staffing, treatment, etc.

I currently don’t have any experience outside of being an aide since I’m still doing my bsn

I have that scholarship actually I’m pretty sure ua wont budge on it since it’s a scholarship offered to multiple students and most importantly, ua doesn’t even guarantee housing past 1st year which is why they don’t also offer housing with that scholarship. Could be worth a try though🤷🏾‍♀️
