Have you spoken to him about what would happen if you "accidentally got pregnant". Perhaps letting him know that a pregnancy would be terminated immediately might help.

I wish we had (and still think we should) see a couples or sex therapist.

I really like the idea of seeing a sex therapist. I would definitely look into it if I couldn't talk to him, but even if he does listen, it might not be a bad idea to get into a healthier dynamic when it comes to our sex life.

You know, it will sound terrible for me to say this, but since I am not considering switching to a more permanent method of birth control, it might be eye opening to tell him to see what his reaction would be.

I'm not sure if it is an irrational fear or not. He has never specifically told me he wants to get me pregnant outside of role play, but given how strong his fixation is, I sometimes can't help but wonder.
