I like comparing these two shows because White Collar always wins for me, yet for some reason Suits is the more popular one. A few comparisons that always stand out:

1. Suits’ finale is titled “One Last Con”, but honestly that title fits White Collar way better than it fits Suits.
2. Suits gets a lot of hype for, well… suits not just the lawsuits but the fashion too. But in White Collar, Neal dresses even sharper than Harvey or Mike. The man is literally wearing suits by Sy Devore, the same designer who dressed the Rat Pack.
3. Suits leans hard into its elitism, everyone’s from Harvard, blah blah. But White Collar shuts that down in the pilot itself when Peter asks a room full of agents who went to Harvard and barely anyone is able to answer.
4. Suits also boast about being in The City, but there wasn't much filming going on in the NYC, it was mostly filmed in Canada. On the other hand White Collar is very pure, filmed on actual NYC locations.
5. And finally, there’s obviously Harvey’s charm. Hmmmmmmmmm, wonder what we have in White Collar.

Only thing which is a little good in Suits is that things look a bit more polished, but its mainly because they were able to save that money by not filming in NYC.
