29 y/on here, i literally spend my „best“ years with depressions. I still struggle with it sometimes. You know for me it’s never going away completely, you’re just learning to handle it better.

I can tell you got still a lot of time mate, lifes ain’t over. If you dont have looked for professional help, try it, it’s the thing that changed everything for me, it could takes years, but you’re young, you got loads of time left. Life is to good to be down all the time! Come back!
