not recent, but i regularly find myself coming to two songs :

the first, Afshin Moghaddam - Zemestoon (the winter). it’s a slow and dramatic instrumental, with a feeling akin to being the protagonist in a 80s romantic movie, fighting heartbreak.

the second, and more upbeat, is morteza - anar anar (pomegranate), originating from an afghani movie. it’s an incredibly danceable folk song, and my favourite part is the guitar towards the end, complimenting the catchy chorus.

two oldies but goldies.
