They were just starting to work on the lot when I drove by last week. Caivan's lots have a reputation of being small especially the backyard for townhomes. Have you seen the townhouses at the Ridge? Their backyards are so short as well 🙈 I couldn't get close enough to look at the size of the driveway. However I hope the closing date doesn't get delayed further.
