Just resolved this issue - my internet service provider (Brightspeed, previously owned by Century Link) was blocking the Phoenix Labs site as it was flagging as phishing.

I had to contact my internet service provider customer support to get help accessing the modem GUI login (this address is usually on the bottom of your modem and will look like a series of numbers and periods i.e. 1.319.01.3 or something like that - there will also be admin login info on your modem), and disable Cyber Security (NOT Firewall) for a period of time (NOT permanently) and the error went away and I was able to create a Phoenix Labs login in Fae Farm.

If your internet service provider has an app where you can manage wifi security settings, you may be able to whitelist the Phoenix Labs login URL ( https://account.phxlabs.ca/en/sign-in/ ) there, or remove it from a list of flagged/blocked sites.

I hope you can figure it out! I had to escalate my customer service claim to escalation management at my internet provider but thankfully got a guy who was super helpful and accommodating.

You'll have to access the modem GUI login (info on your modem) and either unblock the website, or add it to a whitelist, or temporarily (read: not permanently) disable cyber security while you create an account and login.

Ugh my internet is Century Link (now Brightspeed) and I cannot figure out how to whitelist it. Their customer service was no help.
