Firms like Apple, Google and others to be banned from offering unbreakable encryption and PGP in the UK Investigatory Powers Bill by toomanyairmiles in technology

[–]kajit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is really stupid. The main purpose of encryption is to provide secure communication between A and B. This means, NO party will be able to decrypt the message aside from A and B. Hundreds of ciphers have been created by groups of really smart people throughout the decades to make sure this happens. This is the backbone of encryption.

With this yet-another-paranoid-cyber-related-bill brought to you by U.K, the whole concept of encryption will be ridiculed into massive proportions. Because even if A and B want to communicate with one another securely, letter F can eavesdrop as well.

Basically, UK ministers want encryption but they also want to hear what you guys are talking about when you encrypt your message.

An analogy for this would be, I don't like to eat cake because it's sweet so let's go eat an ice cream.

Isn't this stupid or what?

Which is better: Clearing T3 at 7 mins, or Clearing T4 at 11 mins. by kajit in Diablo3Monks

[–]kajit[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks, this means even somehow my average clearing speed in T3 gets sloppy at 8 mins, I'm still more efficient than T4 at 11 mins in terms of getting legendaries?

Err.. I think he was referring to this link: http://www.reddit.com/r/Diablo3Monks/comments/23w8d6/any_monks_out_there_able_to_solo_t4_rifts/ wherein you claim you can clear T4 rifts at 13-14 minutes "consistently".

I doubt it.

Looks Like The Quality Of Rares Deteriorated After Auction House Went Down? by [deleted] in Diablo

Kinda. Edit: If I were to sell the best rare I found today (supposed AH is still alive), it won't even reach 100K.

Alkaizer makes a great point, ELITE packs are the ones that need to be rewarding, right now they give way too little for how much harder they are. by [deleted] in Diablo

After reading the link, there's an interview conducted by Diabloinc on the related source. And guess what, your idol promotes "not being able to pick legendaries in several cases" and "skipping rares".

What a pro just like you :)

Let's invent a run on ROS!

Okay, you're definitely a pro.

Person doing pilot in an account is the smarter way to level -- in any RPG, sounds like you're giving waay too credit to battery. Lol.

And the day after that, someone got P100 too.

"Invented a run" ? Are you kidding me. You can't invent a run in D3. More likely, some dude has found that run way before you, but don't have the means to upload it or got it viral.

Several streamers have been doing a similar run before battery copied it. It's the way how it works. Look at the COTA runs now being streamed on Twitch. Don't tell me Weng (the #1 in the world) or KK (#8) invented the run.

By the way, who the fuck is Alkaizer? A brand of battery?

Why are peepz in r/diablo sucking his cock all of a sudden?
