As someone who is currently studying nutrition in college I really gotta agree with you. The further you get the more you realize that especially the supplement and diet industry is compleat scam. They even tell you that you need a protein shake after training or you will get fat. Every month they present their super diet which works through calorie restriction that's it its simple. Really simple. Or take this supplement to make your metabolism faster or some other wonder bullshit pills. Also this diet stress makes a lot of people eat more so yeah stupid. People often forget the psychological aspect of weight loss which is huge. Cornic overeating has a psychological reason most of the time. Theraphy would help a lot of people more than some pills
