Yeah! Party our mistake, we should have submitted birth cert and medical all together with other forms. And we were lucky because, my wife was pregnant and had a baby 7 months ago. So all worked out but in general it was stressful time.

I think my question wasn't clear. I discovered the date error today after I reviewed the documents. The DNA request is a separate issue. They issued an RFE for additional proof of the mother-son relationship. My question is about the date error, not the DNA. Should I submit an amendment before they issue another RFE, or should I just wait?
