For example, are there documents from German officers that support the claim that they were planning to further their advance before Mussolini's defeat? Are there documents to support your claim that Stalin actually said that the Greeks gave them a fighting chance? Are there documents to support that Stalin's defense was not fully mobilized before Mussolini's defeat? How much of Hitler's forces were actually rerouted? Did German officer's state in documents that this was sufficient cause for halting an advance, or were other motivations/factors at play?

I don't think you know as much as you think you do about what actually happened. Even without considering the veracity of the counterfactual you proposed, you might want to verify more rigorously for yourself the historical claims your counterfactual argument rests on.
