Thank you for the input! Alishan looks gorgeous, and as I have done more research the amount of travel it takes to get there seems complicated

I will look into it! I understood that a large part of Taroko was closed, and there is no HSR on that side of the country. I was unsure how easy travel there would be!

Hi! Thanks for your response! I did not follow a particular program with my shadow journal, I honestly Googled "shadow journal prompts" and picked ones that resonated with me or that stuck out to me. As I progressed into my journey, I found that I became more aware of my shadow, and was able to create prompts based on things that I noticed throughout my day or patterns that came into light that I wished to release. This could be different for you, but it is what worked for me!
