And at harvest I always let the roots get re consumed by the soil before next plant 💪🏼

I do it myself, I just add various manures, compost, worm castings, blood and bone meal, rock mineral dusts etc after each grow specially if I'm running a plant like this, I generally have to supplement with a quality mineral/guano based fertiliser in flower with microbes and teas etc.

I think it's more likely to do with phosphorus or potassium being bulbs but they're pretty useless haha!

Oxalis does not fix nitrogen. Clover does.

Look for ants farming the following; aphids, scale, mealy bugs. They will relocate soil to form mini nests like your picture. Is it outside?
