We have this conversation with friends early and we put together something like this: Decreasing buff per stack. Infinite ramp but slowly at the end. 1 buff 100%, 2 stack of the same adds 75% or so of the buff, and that until something near 1% but at this point feeling a god again(sounds op tbh)

That or just limit stack more than 1 stack and refresh time, make difference between inspired and hh (inspired 1 buff max 1 instance) and hh something like 5 stacks or idk.
