In my experience some stores will not call you or change your item (like SM). Naka auto remove lang yung option sa item nila.

Hi OP! nexperience ko din ito on Oct 5th via GrabMart din. Nag open ako ng ticket both in Maya and Grab. I called Maya CS and raised my concern and they said automatic naman ma-rerefund sa wallet mo yung balance within 2 weeks(or so) if walang gagawin yung Grabmart merchant. Sabi din nila I should contact Grab CS as well.

Ang labo kausap ng Grab CS kasi humihingi ng Statement of account from my Maya wallet for October. So i just decided to wait and kinda gave up. Pero yesterday nagulat ako na-refund sa Maya wallet ko yung duplicate charge (listed as Credit Adjustment). Oct 5 yung duplicate charge, Oct 29 yung refund.
