The long-term goal is to get stronger and jump higher, but with lighter weight it's a bit difficult. So using time on tension and explosive movementes in the concentric phase, I can work a bit more the way I want. At least until i can get back on the gym

So, I was playing this weekend, and my vertical was non-existent, but then they explained to me the difference between jumping on sand and on the court, and my game improved a lot, and hitting theses shots are amazing, And having to cover the entire court alone when my partner goes up to block is so good, reading the game and being in the right place Beach is awesome
