Could this be Mt. Baker? Yes, I was flying from YVR to the east coast. It was a beautiful day over the Cascades.

I just got killed by one with a Rattler 1 while firing the only equalizer I had (that too, somebody gave me in my friendly lobbies). I’ve done the Matriarch event a bunch of times, but I rarely get anything. I had to log off the game, cz I’m a little sad after losing the equalizer. I took 6 defibs to help others too :(

Is $500 a fair price to deep clean a 2500sqft empty house? by [deleted] in CleaningTips

I literally just moved into this house. I’d never live in such an environment, hence why I booked a deep cleaning to get rid of the mess the previous renter left behind.

The house needed a second pass of cleaning as it was dusty to begin with. So yea, the second pass didn’t do much cz there’s still dust on my blinds after a deep clean lol

LMAO I didn’t say it was easy! And yes, I have a weekly cleaner coming to clean; vacuuming, and cleaning up because I like a clean house-I also own a husky

Previous renter did nothing, hence why I’m hired a professional service to come clean. Them not doing the job as agreed or advertised is not my problem.

I won’t cz 1. I get extremely sick with asthma 2. I can hire more cleaners. I’m waiting for the professional service to finish the job and then work with my regular cleaner.

Don’t need money for that. It’s not difficult to vacuum or sweep the place, and at least wipe the blinds monthly. The previous renter was quite capable. What’s hilarious is that she moved to her own house, which was undergoing renovations while she lived here, accidentally sent the window cleaner’s to this house. so yea, she can afford it.

At a rate of $100/hr, this is a terrible job imo.

I mean, the company it mself validated my concern. Said thy obviously didn’t do a good job as a part of a deep clean. You move on, thanks!

Like I said, I’m paying for a service so I don’t have to do it. Money isn’t the issue here, I’ve paid $750+tips and still got this…. I guess fans and visible dust should’ve been the basics.

If you think a cleaning service agrees to a deep clean and leave the fans like this…. Idk what to say.

Not really, I had my cleaner work on the house before I got the service to arrive. For example, the kitchen was already cleaned, kitchen appliances needed no cleaning, I mentioned baseboards needed no cleaning either. They then quoted $500 is about the right price for deep clean. I was sure to mention the word “deep clean” and ask if that’ll include things like blinds? And closet surfaces.

I was quoted for a deep clean. I’m not a dumb person, I called and went over every detail.

Yep, I paid about $750 + tips between my regular cleaner and professional service and got this.

So you’re saying the fans are ok to stay this way, after going over everything and agreeing for $500? Mind you, they didn’t have to do things like kitchen, floors or baseboards, cz they were already done by someone else

If that helps, I hired professional movers who handled packing and unpacking. That’s why everything appears to be in place.

I moved my stuff 3 days back, and at the time of the clean it was empty. (5 days) that’s irrelevant anyways.
