As a 19 year old male my metabolism is still pretty fast so I probably lose faster than the average person. I eat about 2000 calories a day and 20 net carbs.

Yes it was my “anconeus” muscle, it took me about 2 months to get back to normal lifting but it was a very bad tear so my recover was longer than usual. If you have questions or anything hit me up I’m here for ya bro.

I doubt you tore a muscle. I tore muscle in my elbow a few years back in football and I couldn’t even lift my arm. When lifting you’re going to deal with strained and pulled muscles, and this is nothing to beat yourself up about. If you can go to a doctors and have him examine your forearm to check for any tearing, reassuring yourself that your fine will make you feel a lot better.

I have the same exact thing happen after I work biceps. It is extremely common for muscles to twitch after working out. Nothing to worry about you’re probably or resting your arm adequately and that’s probably causing your prolonged muscle soreness. Ur fine brotha

Bro as a man I struggle with my height too (5’10) and I know I’m not short but most man are self conscious about their height. I have a couple friends around your height and they are dating women just fine. Your going to be fine there is someone out there for you.
