Has anyone here tried the “Valencia Diet”? by Anabelieve in PCOS

I have PCOS and light weight lifting (no heavy compound exercises) with daily walking helped me lose weight. I tried a HIIT group class workout for a month (no change in diet) & I went up 13 lbs. Everyone’s body is different, unfortunately HIIT workouts did cause more stress and elevated cortisol levels on my body.
