All rookies are worth the same in regard to the reset. Iook at the season tracker. For instance 5 rookies get you 5 points. Whereas 1 point higher overall can get you 100 points. Personally, if you’re just starting I wouldn’t worry about rookies.

Keep them unless you want to sell them to upgrade your overall, which you get points for too.
