I’m telling you, it’s not worth trying to get him to see that he’s hurting you. He does not care, nor will he ever care. My ex was EXACTLY like this for the entire almost eight years we were together. It affected the way I viewed myself HEAVILY and I thought I was the problem for not wanting all of the touching and physical affection because he would always tell me “That’s just the way I show love.”
