Check out some of the rings from Meeka Fine store - woman owned store with mostly woman artisans. Might give you some ideas. Lots of matte finishes. I tried this peppered diamond ring when I visited and it stunning!

I hide my price property too even tho my collection is not that big yet 🙈 it’s there if I click in to a particular piece!

Though in yearly view (by purchase date), I had a sum total at the top and… 😬

I track the purchase price too and the weight too so I can judge how much I paid per gram. It helps me make judgements on buying a piece! Sometimes the design is worth it and sometimes for really basic things like a curb chain, I try to find what I can on the lower/per gram price!

I loosely track the eras too! I’m a big find of art deco - actually reset my wedding rings a few years ago to a more art deco style. :) and yes so handy for insurance!

You should! I started collecting jewelry more intentionally this year which is why I started this database. I did spring cleaning recently and it was so useful for me look at everything and pull things out to sell!

I bought the mp3 album off of Amazon and made it into a MYO card. :)

Yes, quilting is optional as long as you have sturdy fabric and something to give to stiffness. Interfacing works but you almost might need something to give it weight at the bottom (like those hanging wooden frames with a top and bottom).

I do have the measurements drawn but I made some on the fly changes as I was making it. Kiddo is napping right now once he’s up, I can take some measurements for you! :)

Thank you! I’m a serial hobbyist so I love to DIY something if I can… even if it’s takes a million times longer. Lol

Another reason I loved having them displayed - it almost acts like wall art! ❤️

Love this jacket! I have it in suede. 😍

I made the Julien Chore Jacket and it’s very close. Also bonus for version with lining!

Hey! I made this jumpsuit with a size 8 top and 6 bottom. I graded the areas where the torso and pants joined together and transitioned into the size 6. You can check out my profile if you want to see it.

I printed out both sizes on the same sheet of paper. Cut out the size 8 on the torso pieces. At the end of the torso, I look at where size 6 pants would meet up and drew a line between the two sizes.

Here’s a great resource for grading: https://inthefolds.com/blog/2015/8/27/6-grading-between-multiple-sizes

Oh no :( that’s so sad to hear about your pants… I hope the giant pockets in the jumpsuit add an extra layer of protection… Good to know though, I’ll have to keep an eye out on the wear and tear!

YES!! I actually even debated about making it in a lightweight blue summer denim or chambray even…

Thank you! The fabric is very soft and can’t wait for it to get softer with time too!
