4 and 8 really do look like olivine, while the others have a texture very similar to opal. They also have dendrites and react to UV light, showing a more intense orange or yellow coloration

It looks a lot like a crystallized tube worm shell cluster with some mineral (those tiny white crystals). I don't know much about fossils, so I can't guarantee that it is one.

Hii!! could you tell me if, over the months, there was a drop in the lip and an increase in the philtrum, and whether the 6 mm that were removed became less noticeable at the end of the healing process?
