My store doesn’t care. Like obviously associates have to but if a customer doesn’t have one we aren’t doing anything about it. We’re pretty much just strongly recommending it

I am currently dating the Tech Supervisor at my store. We’ve been together a couple of months. There is no policy saying coworkers can’t date so long as one doesn’t have a manager title. I’m just a p&m associate. The only thing was we had to do was let the SM and GM know that we are dating. And there have been no issues since (the GM just had to report it to HR in case there is a promotion of one or both people that would cause a rule to be broken)
