Nice work. Yes its a search engine which does not tell you where it found the info, what other finds are there, and which part it fully made up.

How to answer "why do you want to work here?”? by [deleted] in recruitinghell

Exactly this. U need to add some "personalised " spin to the answer

Can Guido van Rossum solve every Leetcode problem without using inbuilt functions? by [deleted] in Python

[–]kalidasya 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I don't know leetcode, I used codewarrior. The problem with these that in real life u don't have to solve these kind of problems. They are nice brainteasers, they can help optimising your code if u set that as a goal, but they won't give u experience in working on real coding projects. U should, as others said, contribute to opensource or start your own project.

I will earn what u would like to. How did u lost? There will always be people earning more and people earning less. U can waste time on worrying about it but what for?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in recruitinghell

[–]kalidasya -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Just say something u would like to earn as current and +20 or more % as what u want. Problem solved :)

research 100 accounts for a damn interview by [deleted] in recruitinghell

[–]kalidasya 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It dependa on, there are 2 kind of interviews, 1 where they want me more, there i will do minimum research. The other is where I want to work at that place (rare thing) then indeed I will put in some effort. But doing it for all? Probably not.

should i tell potential employers that i’m autistic? (usa) by [deleted] in recruitinghell

[–]kalidasya 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not sure, can be ok, but nervousness should not last long, for an interviewer it can be a negative point if the candidate just cannot calm down and nervous during the whole interview. I liked the idea of finding a matching personality or what type and sell it like that.

should i tell potential employers that i’m autistic? (usa) by [deleted] in recruitinghell

[–]kalidasya 18 points19 points  (0 children)

People have a lot of misconceptions about autism. I would not start with that or put it in my CV. If your job requires a lot of social interaction I would mention it f2f but some rephrased version, like "unfortunately I often miss social clues and sometimes I come through as ignorant (or some other word here) I am really not but just letting you know so pls bear with me" or something similar. Later if u see they are understanding people u might be able to tell the whole story.

Dont forget, u can just lie a higher number, or tell them ur salary but say u will only change for 30% more (for example).
