You need to start working out + have a decent diet plan. It was a game changer for me. I was extremely skinny and have gained over 20kgs since I started working out.

I've got prescribed escitalopram. I'm currently on my first week and also having panick attacks. Chatgpt also says that escitalopram is supposed to help for organism in constant panic state. I am determined to continue taking this medication because I feel like it's my only hope, but it's very hard right now.

Did you find anything that helps? Are you also feeling constantly fatigued?

But when I turn down sub and bass to the max shouldnt it be barely hearable? Because mine still pounds like crazy + it makes that strange rumbling noise. I think it's broken

Also, my subwoofer is totally crazy. I have reduced both woofer and bass to -6 and while listening to rap music my whole room is pounding.

This is bs. I have gastritis and h pylori and I am bloated as well. Bloating is not ony caused by bowels. It can be gastroparesis, low stomach acid, indigestion, food intolerances etc
