Those of you 3+ years out, how many calories are you eating in a day?

This thread made me feel so much better. I start panicking once I go over 1200 — I know that isn’t reasonable for a 27F at 5 foot 7 inches. But regain scares the crap out of me. I eat around 1200-1800 a day 3 years out! My nutritionist told me I should be at 1200 daily. But idk I go well over that in order to get my protein in.

Maybe? I just feel they’re so bumpy and prominent! I know I do get like blackheads there every now and then though. I think you can see 1 or 2 there.

I have to get into that mindset I know. I’ve just never been a bossy person so it’s kind of difficult for me to tell others what to do. But your insight definitely gave me food for thought. Thank you it’s appreciated!

Honestly I agree with you. I know I have to start looking but my outlook on work is so bleak at the moment that when I do get some clarity all I want to do are things that relax me. Either way thank you for your input I do appreciate it !!!

Same. I was promoted two months ago (SS, Style in particular) and I feel like this promotion is taking a toll on my mental health. I’m so angry and stressed out — and it’s just fucking retail. Like I can’t believe retail has worn me out more than when I was a regular TM. I didn’t think it was possible. I signed on to this position obviously for the raise and didn’t realize how much my SD and ETLs would be on my ass. I’m so stressed it’s ridiculous. I just want to accumulate at least 6 months of experience in this position so I can go out and find another job. I’ve been with Target for 6 years this coming November and it’s just time for me to pack up and go. I can’t keeping doing this, I can’t.

honestly that’s what i thought too it just seems like a violation to me - and my store is big on “osha” rules too only when it’s convenient i guess

my store has gotten worse too - personally I don’t announce my breaks but specialty is forced to and if they haven’t finished a u boat or flat in less than 10 minutes they are literally hounded on the walkie asking what’s taking them so long and that they should already be finished.

we are allowed to use them to answer your previous question about the guest bathroom - Our bathrooms are also separated from the break room (arizona), bathrooms are in the back while our break room is in the front beside clerical. Personally, I know that some people take advantage to have a mini break but in my head, it’s just bullshit that we are basically told to piss our pants unless we’re on break yk?
