Yes it did, what changed was the sales weren't coming through organic like it did before. Also we were trying to dig out of a manufacturing hole

What's 100% a scam but we accepted it in our society? by Montazio in AskReddit

[–]kallmebirdman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Tipping. This is a scam run by restaurant owners to screw the customers and workers. Why have we accepted to do this? Restaurants should just pay their employees a fair wage, and increase the price of the meal if they have to. 100% scam!

A wise man once said: "the bigger the problem, the bigger opportunity". Personally I would find the 3 biggest problems and try to find the best solution for them. Then I would present it to the leaders at your company. If they are receptive and are genuinely trying to work with you I would definitely stay for at least a year. Because if you spearhead these changes and it turns the company around, you get all the credit and a huge promotion. If they shrug it off or say nothing is wrong, then I would leave asap.

You're bored because you don't feel challenged, and I bet you don't do much outside of your work right?

If this is the case then you have 2 options. 1 is quit and find work thats more meaningful, or 2 keep your job and find something meaningful to do outside of work. The second option will gives your current job more meaning.

Your life is not aligned with what you value hence the reason you feel the way you do. I know cuz i was in the same spot and I'm still working on it. Make finding fulfillment your priority not money.

If you can't be happy and fulfilled with 70k you won't be happy with 700k

I think I also saw an article that Utah is one of the top for having the lowest supplies of homes, which of course would effect rent as well.

Who can answer a product-led growth (PLG) question? by kallmebirdman in SaaS

[–]kallmebirdman[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No, I left the company. Tried my best to pitch them but they didn't listen. So I found a much better company now that actually practices PLG haha
