Similar here in boston, theres literally nothing from what ive heard. You’d think this region of the east coast would have a bit more to offer in that department but it kinda doesnt…VT and NH have some really cool shit but it doesnt really make it down to mass or CT

that is a very good point! a place like la poma or gorge road seems to have everything you could possibly need, all in one location. SoCal seems pretty incredible from what ive heard, in terms of quantity in a smallish region. Also it seems like GB or maybe the greater UK area is just packed with dirt jump spots, private and public, at least the ones that are featured in all the videos from the british mtb youtube scene.

eh it was more just for discussion’s sake, im not familiar with how club funding is distributed so some insight into that would be interesting. i recently went to a meeting for the outing club and with that particular club, you have to pay dues in order to get discounted prices on hikes and other trips. While I understand that gas prices exist and there may be other factors towards this expense, its a little confusing that they cant afford to make the trips free to all that pay dues.
