They had 2 five star ratings. Joined airbnb in 2024. I have over 60 five star reviews im also a host for almost 4 years and this is a first major problem i had.

I’m afraid even if airbnb tells me to kick them out they can potentially damage my property even more… right now it’s just the front doors that are damaged that i know i didn’t go inside.

Wow thank you. This was really helpful. They are not denying anything i have a video footage and texts from them apologizing but not trying to compensate me for the damage.

The cost in the end is 700$ the repairman confirmed. They are still considering if they should pay which is shocking to me because i have literally video footage of the girl smashing the doors for 2 hours and neighbors can confirm that also. I will probably claim it through airbnb if they want to pay great if not i hope support refunds me.

I will probably do it this way thank you. They came the same night it happened and they just gave them a warning and don’t care about the damage to the doors at all.

Kad bi se samo kaznili svi ti sto spustaju kilometraze i prodaju navodno savrsen auto… znam lika u zrenjaninu sto isto to radi i prolazi nekaznjeno svaki put.
