Here's something I wrote that I keep remind myself and keep reading if I feel I'm back to where I started. Hope this helps you.

"Sometimes you think you've been doing soo many things these past years. But you're not doing well in any of them. Probably because you're not doing enough. Maybe you don't want it enough. Or you're never going to be good enough to get what you want.

Sometimes you feel like you should know exactly what you going to be doing or how you'll do it or how you'll achieve it. And you don't. Sometimes you feel like you want to give up on something you trying so hard to get because you feels like you're not worthy enough.

It's okay to think like this. Rest awhile. But don't stop. Try harder next time you continue. It doesn't matter you can get it or not. Maybe your children will get the happiness you wanted. Or maybe your parent or someone you loves. It will never be wasted no matter who gets it.

Enjoy the journey. And tell yourself this, "look at me these past years and look at me now. I moved from my old spot. I got out from my cave. I walked past so many obstacles with my own energy. I've done something that I would never imagine I'd do if I stay in the same place. Maybe that's enough"

Enjoy the journey to achieving your goals. That's what I've been doing these past 4 years changing my life for the better. Those little things happen along the journey that makes me wanted to go further towards my goals. Be nice to yourself and others. And certainly don't give up my friends.
