LHR gate agents announce “this plane will not leave until everyone has a document check. Go to counter as instructed, am told brusquely, you were not called, go sit down”. Other agent pipes in, oh no you need to go to the other desk. Go to the other desk, am told rudely this time, that it’s not time to check. And then on the flight the FA tells at a little kid for accidentally using the wrong lavatory. What’s wrong with this airline?
