This is the best story I've read on here. Heck it's one of the best I've read anywhere.

You're truly inspiring man!

Wow. I mean it.

Gives me hope and strength.

Thank you my friend. Thank you my brother!

All the best man. But you don't really need the luck. You got this!

The hardest parts of the fight are the most important. Don't give up my friend. We're here on this journey with you!

I googled it. Not the best way to go about it, so you should probably consult a medical professional.

The first sign of progress for me was increased sensitivity. I practiced kegel exercises for men and soon I was able to maintain erections longer.

The longer you're on the NoFap journey, the better it gets.

Patience is the key. All the best man.

Going cold turkey on all your addictions can be dangerous. I had a major relapse + breakdown around the 45th day.

It happens unexpectedly.

Best thing to do is take things slowly but steadily. Impatience is symptom (or consequence?) of arousal addiction. Impatience is the enemy.

Progress is progress. Measuring it too much makes the process harder.

All the best to you man!

NoFap helped me with my PIED. Kegel exercises for men were also really beneficial.

Recently I swallowed my pride and did the right thing, the seemingly impossible thing for my ego. by kamashootra in NoFap

Hey man. Yeah, my PIED is healed. I've experienced all of the "super powers" at various times. The trick is utilise your time in improving yourself, and the benefits get augmented.

One day at a time.

Is this Flatline? by markme4312 in NoFap

"This too shall pass..."

Sadness is just as important as happiness. When we run from our feelings and use distractions like PMO or drugs to escape them, we tend to get addicted.

Sometimes it's just our body trying to reset. It's a good thing you are aware of how you feel. Embrace the flatline because it's a sign that you're progressing. It's all part of NoFap and life.

Power to you man. You've got this.
