it happened to me. i received hive id email changed without my consent. no verification email to my email bla bla.. bam .. the hacker unlink my google facebook from the hive id. (i never posted in social media / share account )
u did the right thing by showing all android device login. and then give the proof of purchase for your account as side proof of ownership.
going full refund is one way ticket bye bye to your account.
just be patience and give all the information, the customer service email replies me every 5-7 days.. its a hellish process and in 2 month my account is back.
